The roadwork will span four municipalities.
Nighttime paving projects will begin this evening, county officials said.
Work on Blackwood-Barnsboro Road, from the Route 55 overpass in Deptford to the Five Points intersection in Washington Township will start tonight and continue into Friday morning.
Similar work will take place Friday night into Saturday morning on Lambs Road in Mantua and Pitman, from Holly Avenue to Main Street.
Estimated work hours are 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for both projects.
