Douglas Pagenkopf was sworn in on Aug. 8
Douglas Pagenkopf was sworn in Aug. 8 as an assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor in the office of county Prosecutor Sean F. Dalton.
Superior Court Judge M. Christine Allen-Jackson administered the oath of office to Pagenkopf, a native of Texas and a graduate of Abilene Christian University and Widener University Law School (2015). During law school, Pagenkopf was a legal intern in the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office in 2014.
The initial assignments for Pagenkopf will be assisting with appellate cases and representing the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office (GCPO) in court on bail reduction applications.
Prosecutor Dalton noted during the swearing-in ceremony that Pagenkopf is a welcome addition to the staff as New Jersey's criminal justice system will be dealing with significant changes in the state's bail system, starting in 2017.
