WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP -- A 39-year-old Glendora man is facing shoplifting charges after employees of the township Walmart said he stole more than $300 worth of Lego toys on two separate occasions in November.

Police charged David Zawojski with two counts of shoplifting for the Nov. 7 and Nov. 14 incidents. In the most recent, police said he placed Lego packages in a plastic bag and walked out of the store. He was recognized by an employee from a previous Lego theft but did not stop when the employee confronted him at the door. He was later identified through his vehicle registration and surveillance footage and issued summons.
