Music at Bunker Hill presents a stellar lineup of rising stars
WASHINGTON TWP. -- Music at Bunker Hill presents a stellar lineup of rising stars in the New York chamber music scene for a program of Jazz and Mozart on Sept. 25 at 3 p.m. This unusual combination draws on the jazz and improvisation talents of clarinetist Mark Dover, who is performing alongside violinists Francesca dePasquale and Brendan Speltz, violist William Frampton, and cellist Andrew Janss. It also draws from the 20th century history of the neighborhood of Sugar Hill, New York City, where the performers reside. Mozart's Clarinet Quintet will be performed, the first time for this popular masterwork at Music at Bunker Hill.
This is a small, cozy venue with fabulous musicians and exceptional acoustics. Bunker Hill Presbyterian Church is located at 330 Greentree Road in Washington Township. Tickets may be purchased in advance for $20 (adult) and $10 (student) and at the door when available. Driving directions and advance ticket purchase can be found at www.musicatbunkerhill.org.
