WOODBURY -- The fall season for the Bonsal Blues Band begins on Saturday, Oct. 3, as they march down Broad Street, in downtown Woodbury, at the Annual Woodbury Fall Festival Parade. The parade begins at 6:30 p.m.
Then on Saturday, Oct. 10 and Saturday, Nov. 14 mark your calendars to join the Band at the American Legion Post 133, 1018 Washington Ave., Woodbury, for two swing dance events. Entry for each dance is $10 and includes 31/2 hours of live big band music, beer, and light snacks. For more information, or for tickets, call George at 856-845-1465 to reserve your tables.
Continuing into the holiday season, the Bonsal Blues Band will perform in a variety of free holiday concerts. On Monday, Dec. 14, the band will once again perform at the American Legion Post 133 for the annual Family, Friends, and Fans Holiday Concert, and on Dec. 18, they will perform at the Blackwood Lutheran Church. Both concerts are scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. and are open to the public.
