GLASSBORO -- The student chapter of the National Wellness Institute at Rowan University held its second annual 5K for Soldiers on Saturday.
The 5K supports the Wounded Warrior Project, which provides services for injured veterans throughout the country.
Cheerleaders greeted participants as they crossed the finish line. The event featured runners and walkers of all ages.
The Rowan National Wellness Institute is an educational resource for students interested in entering health-related fields, such as physical therapy, public health and nutrition.
