OLMA students inducted into Mother Patricia Gaynor Chapter of NHS
NEWFIELD -- During a special candlelight ceremony, Our Lady of Mercy Academy inducted 10 students into the The Mother Patricia Gaynor Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS).
The school's candidates are accepted into the NHS after completing the first semester of their junior year. Eligible students must hold a 3.7 cumulative grade point average.
Students must also demonstrate a strong sense of outstanding scholarship, leadership, character and service.
This year's inductees included: Tia Dupont, Dana Durham, Elizabeth Emberger, Madison Foster, Brittni Giosa, Madison Hagerty, Isabella Knapp, Elizabeth Lam, Madison Muller, and Kaitlyn Olson.
