Flames were reported in the kitchen and attic of the home.

WASHINGTON TWP. -- No injuries were reported after a house fire Sunday afternoon in the 600 block of Whitman Drive, according to township fire officials.

Fire crews responded around 1 p.m. to find heavy smoke showing from a one-floor, single-family dwelling, with flames in the kitchen and attic, said Capt. Stephen Finn, township fire marshal.

Crews confirmed that all occupants were out of the home and went to work battling the blaze.
