FRANKLIN TWP. -- Police have arrested two individuals believed to be involved in a shooting incident during a concert at the Franklin Skating Center on Nov. 28.
An altercation occurred on the main stage of the event tat night and as security guards followed one subject into the parking he fired a single shot at multiple security guards before fleeing the scene in a vehicle driven by the second suspect, according to Franklin Township police.
Ibyntroy Gaines, 22 of Sicklerville, was located in a New Orleans motel on Friday, Dec. 4 by the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Department and is being held in jail there on a fugitive warrant. He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Alayna Puglia, 20, turned herself in to Franklin Township Police on Tuesday, Dec. 8. She is charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and one count of possession of a weapon.
Both are being held on $250,000 full cash bail.
