A 14-year-old boy was struck by a car Friday afternoon while walking across Delsea Drive, according to police.
GLASSBORO -- A 14-year-old boy was struck by a car Friday afternoon while walking across Delsea Drive, according to police.
At around 2 p.m., the teen -- who was trying to either "run or walk across" the road -- was struck by a 1993 Ford Mustang in the southbound lane.
The Mustang was being driven by a 43-year-old Franklin Township woman.
The boy was transported to Cooper Univeristy Hospital for a leg injury.
The driver was not injured.

The accident is being investigated by the Glassboro Police Department Traffic Safety Unit.
