A man from the Mount Royal section of East Greenwich masturbated on the back porch of a West Deptford home and resisted arrest, cops say.

WOODBURY -- A Gloucester County man has been indicted for allegedly masturbating while peering into a woman's home in West Deptford, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office says.

Police say Robert J. Geisel, 53, of Mount Royal, stood on the back porch of a West Deptford house and masturbated while staring at a woman through the window on April 4 and April 5. When approached by a police officer, according to a criminal complaint, Geisel ran from police and refused to put his hands behind his back.

Geisel was charged with peering into windows -- a fourth-degree disorderly persons offense -- and third-degree resisting arrest.
