Woman sought after skipping court on drug distribution charge

The West Deptford woman was originally arrested in June.

WOODBURY -- Authorities are looking for a West Deptford woman who skipped a court appearance on a charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in a school zone, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.

Alexis M. Potts, 20, of Columbia Avenue in Thorofare, is 5 feet tall, 115 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo on her arm.

Potts was arrested in June in the parking lot of a West Deptford convenience store. She was found in possession of a glassine bag containing six alprazolam pills and another bag containing suspected cocaine.

She was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of National Park Elementary School and two counts of possession of CDS.
