The Rotary Club is part of Rotary International, an organization focusing globally on the eradication of polio and the construction of clean water distribution for third world countries as well as conducting disaster relief operations.

Locally, the club has served the community by such activities as sponsorship of Mother's Cupboard Food Bank, providing dictionaries to all third graders in town and conducting a water safety program for all children attending kindergarten. Donations have been sent to local youth sports organizations, children special needs programs and a scholarship to a deserving high school student. An annual mentoring program is conducted for several students who are preparing for college.

The Club had funded a K-9 police officer, and serves dinner at Ronald McDonald House each month. They also sponsor the High School Interact program as well as High School Foreign Exchange students. Turkeys and complete meals have been distributed to the needy during the holiday season as well as supplies and warm clothing to the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

In order to provide funding for these programs, several projects are conducted throughout the year to raise money. Numbering over 50 members, the club meets at noon each Thursday at Wedgwood Country Club. More information can be found on their website: wtrotary.org.
