WOODBURY --Emergency work on a gas line has caused traffic congestion in the area of Cooper Street and Evergreen Avenue, city police said.
A gas leak in the area has caused traffic to be diverted away from the area and police are asking people to have patience and find alternate routes to their destinations.
The maintenance on a gas main there is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. Tuesday, a PSE&G spokesperson said.
