MONROE TWP. -- Police have charged a 22-year-old man with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl over the course of a month.
Dennis L. Turner, 22, of Williamstown is charged with sexual assault of a teen girl. (Salem County Correctional Facility)Dennis L. Turner, of Williamstown, confessed to having sex with the teen, according to Monroe Township Police.
Authorities described Turner as a close family friend who was staying in the family's home at the time of the incidents.
He was charged with sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
Turner was placed in Salem County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail.
