FRANKLIN TWP. -- A woman who was allegedly driving drunk with her three kids onboard when she slammed into a police car has been indicted, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
Angela Feaster, 36, of Sewell, was traveling south on Tuckahoe Road in Franklin Township when police say she disregarded a stop sign at the intersection with Route 40.
Her vehicle collided with a township police car driven by Officer Clifford Trovillo.
Trovillo was airlifted with a concussion, two broken wrists and a broken ankle, while Feaster suffered a broken ankle.
One of the kids suffered a bowel injury in the crash, according to the complaint signed against Feaster. The child was restrained with a seatbelt and not a proper child restraint, according to the report.
Feaster was indicted this week on charges including third-degree assault by auto, fourth-degree assault by auto and three counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Trovillo was hospitalized for several weeks after the crash.
Fundraisers were held to help his family.
The day of the crash was the officer's second day back to work after he was out for almost a year with a broken elbow.
