Currently 162 WTHS graduates who have served, or are currently serving, their country through military service are enshrined in the Hall of Honor. A formal induction ceremony for the 2017 inductees is scheduled for May 19, 2017.

Washington Township High School graduates, or their families, are invited to submit a 5-by-7 colored photograph of their military personnel in uniform.  Please include on the back of the photo, the inductee's name, year of graduation from Washington Township High School, branch of service and military rank.

Please forward the photo, along with a copy of honorable discharge paperwork or current military identification, to:

Jan Giel, Manager, Student Registration, Data and Information Office, Eileen Abbott Central Administration Building, 206 E. Holly Ave., Sewell, NJ 08080.

The submitted photo will be displayed in the Military Hall of Honor upon receipt, and the family will be invited to a formal induction ceremony hosted bi-annually prior to the Memorial Day weekend.

The Washington Township High School Military Hall of Honor was established in the spring semester of 2004 as a way to honor graduates who chose to serve their country as members of the United States Military Services. Located in the 11/12 Building, inductees are listed by year of induction and in the order in which they were added to the Hall of Honor. The plaques are positioned in numerical order when entering D-Hall from A-Hall.
