Students interviewed Benjamin, in French, and had lunch with him
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP -- Bunker Hill Middle School recently welcomed French student Benjamin Soskin with open arms. Benjamin lives in Strasbourg, France, in the region of Alsace and currently is staying with a local family -- the LeVans -- in Washington Township.
Benjamin had a great day interacting with Madame Kiki Pecheux's French classes. The BHMS students interviewed Benjamin in French and even had lunch with him in the cafeteria. Benjamin, who is here to improve his American English accent, said he was grateful for the hospitality and kindness he received from the kids.
"It was a great and rare opportunity to have him speak to our students," Madame Pecheux said.
