Ladies of the county enjoyed sipping tea and delicious finger sandwiches
Ladies sipping tea, tiered platters of delicious finger sandwiches and sweets, early 1900s dresses and hats on displayed on mannequins -- this was the scene in May at the Gloucester County Historical Society in Woodbury.
The museum hosted the third Downton Style Tea to coincide with the Downton Style Fashion Exhibit.
Sandwiches and scones from Amelia's Tea House in Mullica Hill, decadent chocolate truffles from the Candy Box in Richwood, beautiful "petit fours" from Country Sweets in Woodbury, and wonderful homemade desserts were offered to guests.
A tour of the Fashion Exhibit was offered following the tea, and everyone went home with a complimentary gift bag to remember this elegant occasion.
Time is running out to visit the Downton Style Fashions - visit by June 10!
