( Staff photo by Calista Condo/Gloucester County Times) DEPTFORD TWP. -- Monday will be 10 years since the body of Desiree McGraw was found behind the Jericho Fire Company, partially clothed with a single gunshot wound to the head.
The 27-year-old mother of two was left beneath a few pine pine trees and found by a fire company member just hours before the building was to open as a polling place for the primary election that day.
A drug addict who had lived a rough life in the years before her death, McGraw was also remembered over the years as someone devoted to her family, according to previous reports.
As the anniversary of her murder approaches, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office is still working to find the person or people who killed her.
An $8,000 reward posted at the time of her death is still offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
Originally from Maple Shade, McGraw had briefly lived with a family member in West Deptford before her death. She is survived by her mother and sister. Her father Fred McGraw died in 2012.
