Police said property from the alleged crime was found at the suspect's home and in a neighboring town.

GLASSBORO -- A juvenile is facing multiple charges after he was allegedly caught on camera burglarizing a borough home, police said on social media.

Officers received word of a burglary at about 12:42 p.m. on Friday. Someone had broken into the basement window, then ransacked the house, searching drawers and closets for valuables.

Police say the suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, jewelry and alcohol. The residents had security cameras in their home, however, and investigators say there were multiple images of the boy taking things from the house.

The suspect, whose exact age has not been released, was caught in Clayton with the help of the Clayton Police Department. He was still wearing the clothes he had worn in the burglary, authorities said. Property from the burglary was found both at the suspect's Glassboro home and in Clayton.

He was charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief, then released to his mother's custody.
