WOODBURY -- A homeless man has been indicted on charges that he sexually assaulted a child, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
Robert H. Forker Jr., 30, is accused of assaulting a 4-year-old multiple times between June and September 2014 in Glassboro.
The alleged assaults included "acts of sexual penetration," according to the indictment.
The charges include first-degree aggravated sexual assault of a victim less than 13 years old (two counts), second-degree sexual assault of a victim less than 13 (two counts) and two counts of second-degree sexual assault using force/coercion.
Forker was arrested last July and remains jailed in Salem County Correctional Facility on $200,000 bail.
