Paulsboro police are asking for help identifying a man who robbed the Wells Fargo bank on Broad Street Wednesday.
PAULSBORO -- Police in the borough are asking residents for help in identifying the man responsible for robbing a Broad Street bank Wednesday afternoon.
The young, white man entered the Wells Fargo bank shortly after 3 p.m. and passed a note to the teller demanding money, according to Chief Vernon Marino.
Wearing a red, Paulsboro wrestling sweatshirt, the suspect left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot. No weapons were used or threatened.
Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information on the robbery is asked to contact Det. Mike Minniti of the Paulsboro Police Department at 856-423-1101.
