How long does it take to collect more than 100,000 Easter eggs?
OCEAN CITY -- Hundreds of kids scrambled to collect more than 100,000 Easter eggs during "The Great Egg Hunt" Saturday afternoon.
At promptly 2:30 p.m., the children -- divided into five different age groups -- were let loose into fenced-in areas along the beach between 11th and 14th streets to gather the eggs.
The plastic Easter eggs were gone in less than five minutes.

Approximately 5,000 of the eggs contained prizes such as candy and toys.
A second "Great Egg Hunt" will take place at the same location Saturday, March 26 at 2:30 p.m., with a rain date of Sunday, March 27.
