He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Wednesday.
WOODBURY -- Authorities are looking for a Paulsboro man who failed to appear in court Wednesday for a pre-arraignment interview on burglary and theft charges, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office.
Jose Otero, 44, of 5th Street, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
Police responded to a Forest Parkway business in August 2015 for a report of a burglary and theft. The glass in a door had been smashed out and a cash box containing $658 was missing.
Otero, an employee at the business, was later charged with the crime, according to the prosecutor's office.
He was indicted in February on one count each of third-degree burglary and third-degree theft by unlawful taking.
