MANTUA TWP. -- Lauletta Birnbaum announces the addition of prominent corporate and securities lawyer, Eric D. Schoenborn, as a member of the firm. 

Prior to joining Lauletta Birnbaum, Schoenborn was partner with Stradley Ronon and served as the Chair or Co-Chair of the firm's Public Company Practice Group for over nine years.

Schoenborn is a seasoned business lawyer who has been providing practical and strategic legal advice to private and publicly held companies for over 20 years. He counsels clients on a broad array of business and legal matters, including business transactions, capital raising, corporate governance, general corporate matters and regulatory compliance. Schoenborn has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and closing complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. 

As an experienced corporate and securities attorney, Schoenborn advises clients in connection with raising capital, including conducting both private placements and public offerings. Schoenborn also frequently counsels publicly held companies with respect to ongoing compliance under federal securities laws, including the preparation and filing of periodic reports such as quarterly and annual reports and proxy statements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
